Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

This bonus is subject to the standard wagering requirements applicable to deposit bonuses and is available exclusively to Members aged 21 and above.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results as recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport in question.
mrt888 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the outcome of a market has been manipulated; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of any provision of these Terms. Members will be notified of any voided bets and the stake returned to their Account accordingly.

A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting mrt888 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification where not yet completed. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
